Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Mollie, Googeplay or Applepay). I do not store your full card details.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email acknowledgement.
All copies are signed and shipped directly by the author, usually within the timeframe stated at checkout.
4. Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched from Renfrew, Scotland.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and Royal Mail services.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, customs, or courier errors, though I’ll do my best to resolve any issues.
Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotional periods (as stated on the website).
5. Returns & refunds
As each book is personally signed and dedicated, returns are accepted only if an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Please contact hello@jlgivens.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
Refunds or replacements will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
6. Event bookings
If you purchase tickets or book a place for an event via this site:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
In the event of cancellation, you’ll be offered a full refund or transfer to a new date.
Some events may have additional terms, which will be stated on the booking page.
